Delete Your Account & Data

Scam Call Busters lets you request permanent deletion of your account and all associated personal data at any time, whether or not you still have the app installed.

How to Request Deletion

Send an account deletion request from the email address associated with your Scam Call Busters account to:

Use the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and include the email address your account is registered under so we can verify and locate your account.

What Gets Deleted

Once your request is verified, we permanently delete the following within 30 days:

Your account profile (name, email, mobile number)
Your verified contacts list
Your call logs and screening history
Your AI screening phone number and associated SIP/telephony configuration
Any voicemail recordings stored on our systems

What May Be Retained

We may retain limited information where required by law or for legitimate business purposes, such as:

Billing and transaction records required for tax, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes
Records necessary to resolve disputes or enforce our agreements

Any data retained for these purposes is kept only as long as legally necessary and is not used for any other purpose.

Subscription Cancellation

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active subscription billed through the app store or payment provider you originally subscribed with. Please cancel your subscription separately from your billing management page (or your device's app store subscription settings) to avoid future charges.

Confirmation

We will confirm by email once your deletion request has been processed. If you do not receive a response within 5 business days, please follow up at the address above.
